Job summary

Accenture is seeking an SAP Basis Manager to lead Basis workstreams on SAP transformation projects, including S/4HANA migrations and BTP extensions. You will design technical landscapes, ensure go-live readiness, and drive high-availability strategies while mentoring a team of Basis consultants and coordinating with AMS delivery teams.

You will collaborate with client stakeholders at multiple levels and oversee release governance, transport flows, and integration with DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in SAP Basis with 2+ end-to-end S/4HANA implementations or Brownfield conversions in lead/co-lead roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead Basis workstream delivery across S/4HANA projects and AMS engagements.
• Architect and govern SAP HANA on Azure or similar hyperscaler infrastructure.
• Drive HA/DR implementation and validate failover readiness.
• Own transport and release governance and CI/CD integration where applicable.
• Mentor Basis consultants and build team capability.
• Engage client stakeholders at technical and project levels.
• Travel may be required (0–100%).
