Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years experience in SAP Basis, with a minimum of three enterprise-scale S/4HANA transformation programs delivered in a Senior Platform leadership role.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience across the full SAP Basis domain—HANA architecture, HA/DR, security/compliance, transport governance, monitoring operations, and cloud infrastructure.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience owning client relationships at CIO/IT Director level, including SLA accountability, commercial discussions, and strategic platform advisory.

Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end SAP platform strategy across multi-workstream transformation programs.
• Lead enterprise-scale SAP landscape architecture decisions including HA/DR topology and cloud positioning.
• Set platform engineering standards and governance frameworks across programs and accounts.
• Own commercial and delivery relationship for Basis platform scope on roadmaps and SLAs.
• Represent platform perspective in governance; translate complexity into strategic clarity for senior leadership.
