Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP ABAP Manager to lead delivery of ABAP solutions across SAP projects, including design, build, testing, and deployment. You will collaborate with client stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to drive high‑quality SAP outcomes in a dynamic environment.

You’ll partner with architects and functional leads, translate business needs into scalable ABAP solutions, and apply Agile methods and DevOps practices to SAP programs. Travel up to 60% may be required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
4–6 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development and programming experience.
Strong ABAP expertise including OO ABAP, modularization, and debugging.
Experience designing ABAP-based reports, interfaces, forms, enhancements, and OData/Web Services.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and ECC, and ABAP on HANA concepts.
Proficiency in Fiori/UI5 development and integration with ABAP services.
Understanding of SAP Data Dictionary, databases, data modeling, and performance tuning.
Experience in Agile delivery and DevOps practices in SAP environments.
SAP technologies such as Solution Manager, PI/PO (or CPI), SAP LT, Data Services, SAP Security.
Strong communication and client-facing skills, with willingness to travel 40–60%.
