Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP ABAP Manager to lead the delivery of ABAP-based solutions across modules and SAP S/4HANA integrations. You will guide projects from planning through execution, maintaining a strong focus on quality, risk, and client satisfaction.

You’ll work with functional leads, architects, and clients, driving ABAP enhancements, reports, interfaces, and OData services, while leveraging Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years of hands‑on experience in SAP ABAP development and programming.
• Strong expertise in ABAP, including object‑oriented ABAP, modularization techniques, and debugging/troubleshooting.
• Proven experience designing, developing, and enhancing ABAP‑based solutions, including reports, interfaces, forms, enhancements, and OData/Web Services.
• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA and ECC, including integration across SAP modules and familiarity with ABAP on HANA concepts.
• Proficiency in SAP Fiori/UI5 development and integration with ABAP back‑end services.
• Strong understanding of SAP Data Dictionary objects, database concepts, data modeling, and performance tuning/optimization.
• Experience working within Agile delivery models and exposure to DevOps practices in SAP environments.
• Familiarity with SAP technologies such as Solution Manager, PI/PO (or CPI), SAP LT, Data Services, and SAP Security.
