The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sanitation leadership in food manufacturing, a relevant Bachelor’s degree, and strong knowledge of CIP, MSS, phage monitoring, and environmental testing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sanitation leadership experience in food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of dairy processing, CIP systems, MSS management, phage monitoring, environmental testing and industry standards.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead sanitation program strategy across facilities.
• Validate CIP/SIP systems and optimize cycles for water, energy, and chemicals.
• Drive hygienic zoning and MSS effectiveness across sites.
• Support environmental programs and data analysis for risk patterns.
• Collaborate with plant leadership to ensure consistent sanitation execution.
