Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in food science or related field is required or equivalent.
• 5+ years of sanitation leadership experience in food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of dairy processing, CIP systems, MSS management and testing.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead sanitation program across facilities and ensure hygienic design standards.
• Validate CIP/SIP systems and optimize cycles for water, energy, and chemicals.
• Drive Master Sanitation and Hygienic Zoning programs and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with plant leadership to ensure consistent execution of sanitation programs.
• Analyze environmental data to identify risk patterns and drive interventions.
