Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in food science, dairy science, microbiology, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of sanitation leadership in food manufacturing with multi-site responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of dairy processing, CIP systems, MSS management, phage monitoring, environmental testing.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive cultural change.
• Knowledge of food industry regulations and quality control processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead sanitation program leadership and expert cleaning parameter knowledge.
• Validate CIP/SIP systems and optimize cycles to save water, energy and chemicals.
• Drive master sanitation and hygienic zoning with MSS effectiveness and policy adherence.
• Analyze environmental data and support proactive plant interventions.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure consistent sanitation program execution.
