Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in food science, dairy science, microbiology, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of sanitation leadership in food manufacturing, multi-site preferred.
• Strong knowledge of dairy processing, CIP systems, MSS management, phage monitoring, environmental testing, and dairy industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead sanitation program across facilities and ensure hygienic design and regulatory compliance.
• Validate CIP/SIP systems and implement cleaning protocols to optimize water, energy, and chemical use.
• Drive Master Sanitation and Hygienic Zoning to improve MSS effectiveness and resource allocation.
• Analyze environmental data to identify risk patterns and support plant interventions.
• Collaborate with plant leadership to ensure consistent sanitation program execution across sites.
• Support on-site operations and adapt to shift schedules and travel demands.
