Job summary

Danone North America seeks a Corporate Sanitation Manager to lead sanitation strategy across facilities, focusing on hygienic design, extended shelf-life processing, and regulatory compliance. This hybrid role requires onsite presence at manufacturing sites with 50-70% travel.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in sanitation leadership in food manufacturing, strong knowledge of dairy processing and CIP systems, and excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in food science, dairy science, microbiology, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of sanitation leadership experience in food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of dairy processing, CIP systems, MSS management, phage monitoring and environmental testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead sanitation program across facilities to ensure hygiene and safety.
• Validate CIP/SIP systems and optimize cycles to save water, energy and chemicals.
• Drive hygienic zoning, MSS effectiveness and proactive risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with plant leadership to ensure consistent sanitation execution.
• Monitor environmental data and support issue resolution at plants.
