Job summary

Eurofins US Network is seeking a Supervisor Group Lead for Sample Management in Lancaster, PA. The role oversees daily operations, leads a team, and ensures accurate, timely handling of samples within the laboratory workflow.

The position requires leadership, strong English communication, and 1 year of lab experience, with first shift Tue–Sat, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM. US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 1 year of lab experience or sample entry/interpretation experience.
• Professional working English: read/write/speak.
• US work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop Sample Management staff to meet performance goals.
• Conduct regular coaching and performance reviews.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and staffing plans.
• Coordinate daily operations and workload distribution.
• Monitor workflow metrics and communicate status to leadership.
• Resolve operational and personnel issues and ensure compliance.
