Job summary

Eurofins US Network in Lancaster, PA, is seeking a Supervisor Group Lead to provide technical and operational support in a fast-paced laboratory environment. The role emphasizes scheduling, training, data review, and report completion, with a focus on quality and safety.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:30 pm, with additional hours as needed. Strong GC knowledge and English proficiency are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Chemistry or related field; 6 years of experience in lieu of degree.
• 4 years’ experience in a laboratory setting; minimum 1 year of leadership experience.
• Previous GC experience, ideally GC-ECD or GC-FID.
• Professional working proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates work projects with department manager or project managers to prioritize workload and meet client requirements.
• Coordinate and manage internal projects for the assigned department, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to turnaround time targets (TAT‑95 < 14 days).
• Release samples to laboratory personnel and communicate due dates; monitor hold times and QC samples for accreditation.
• Supervises Analysts to maximize productivity and ensure testing procedures comply with SOPs and QA requirements.
• Participates in product development and process improvements; prepares department reports and analyzes data.
