Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting/taxation or equivalent.
• CPA designation or active pursuit preferred.

• Strong analytical, research and client-relations skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present tax strategy recommendations to clients.
• Review tax returns for accuracy and compliance with SOX processes.
• Engage with federal and state agencies on tax matters as primary client contact.
• Develop and maintain relationships with in-state and out-of-state tax authorities.
