Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• CPA, JD/LLM, or CMI required.
• Minimum of 8 years of tax experience in public accounting with a state and local tax focus.
• Strong research and writing skills and ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Desire to perform in a high-energy, dynamic environment; supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan and manage client engagements and delivery of state and local income tax work.
• Serve as the main client contact to provide exceptional client service.
• Manage and develop staff through coaching and training.
• Build an external network, assist with sales and cross-collaboration, and support thought leadership.
• Assist in transformation efforts for state and local tax.
