Job summary

Crowe's State and Local Tax (SALT) team seeks a SALT Senior Manager to join our Lead Tax Services group, coordinating client engagements and delivering high-quality state and local tax work. You will serve as the main client contact and lead staff development and coaching.

You will also help expand our external network, support sales and cross-collaboration, and assist in transformation efforts for SALT. This role is based in Charlotte with a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• CPA, JD/LLM, or CMI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan and manage client engagements and delivery of client work within state and local income tax.
• Serve as the main client contact responsible for providing exceptional client service.
• Manage and develop staff, senior staff and managers through coaching and training.
• Build an external network, assist with sales and cross-collaboration efforts and support thought leadership for state and local tax.
• Assist in transformation efforts for state and local tax.
