Crowe is seeking a State & Local Tax Senior Manager for its Lead Tax Services group in a role that blends client leadership with strategic tax planning. The position emphasizes managing engagements, coaching staff, and expanding client networks in a hybrid work setting near a Crowe office.

The ideal candidate brings at least 8 years of SALT experience, CPA/JD/LLM/CMI, and strong communication skills to drive transformation and thought leadership within a dynamic environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• CPA, JD/LLM, or CMI required.
• Minimum of 8 years of state and local tax experience in public accounting.
• Strong research, writing and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain excellent client relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to perform in a high-energy, dynamic environment.

Mansioni

• Coordinate, plan and manage client engagements and delivery of client work within state and local income tax.
• Serve as the main client contact responsible for providing exceptional client service.
• Manage and develop staff, senior staff and managers through coaching and training.
• Build an external network, assist with sales and cross-collaboration efforts and support thought leadership for SALT.
• Assist in transformation efforts for state and local tax.
