• Experience with SBCs, SIP trunking, and VoIP networks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor Salesforce's voice infrastructure across regions.
• Configure SBCs and manage SIP trunks to ensure reliability.
• Develop and implement monitoring for call quality and security, and respond to incidents promptly.
