Qualifications
- Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce Voice and Service Cloud Voice.
- Strong background with Salesforce Service Cloud and OmniChannel administration.
- Experience supporting Amazon Connect contact center environments.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with AWS services and enterprise platforms.
- Experience with Bring Your Own Telephony architectures using AWS infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Configure Salesforce Voice Administration and OmniChannel routing.
- Provide Amazon Connect AWS platform support.
- Deliver integration solutions across Salesforce, AWS, and external systems.
- Ensure platform governance and operational excellence.
- Troubleshoot voice telephony, call routing, and agent desktop experiences.
