Job summary
Thunder, Inc. is seeking a Federal Solution Architect - AWS/Amazon Connect to design and deliver scalable Salesforce + Amazon Connect architectures for federal clients. You will translate client requirements into robust, reusable solutions and partner with sales to scope effort.
Ideal candidates bring 4–6+ years of consulting within Salesforce/AWS, hands-on Amazon Connect, and strong CRM domain expertise. You’ll work with a Technical Architect to ensure best practices and drive measurable
Qualifications
- US citizenship required with ability to obtain security clearance(s).
- 4–6+ years consulting experience within Salesforce Partner or AWS ecosystems.
- 2+ years hands-on configuration of Amazon Connect.
- Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to assess customers’ goals and translate to solutions.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall Amazon Connect solution design and implementation.
- Lead business and technology analysis with CRM domain expertise.
- Lead client architecture initiatives from inception to completion.
- Partner with Sales to estimate technical effort for scope of work.
- Own delivery of implementation deliverables and QA.
