Job summary

Ampstek is seeking a Senior Salesforce Voice Amazon Connect Engineer to serve as a hands-on SME for Salesforce Voice Omni Channel Service Cloud and enterprise contact center technologies. This role collaborates with Solution Architects, Telephony Teams, Salesforce Administrators, and AWS Engineering to design, implement, support and optimize voice-enabled customer engagement solutions.

The candidate will configure, integrate, administer, troubleshoot and enhance Salesforce Voice within a BYO

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Voice Service Cloud Voice.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and OmniChannel administration.
• Experience supporting Amazon Connect contact center environments.
• Experience supporting BYO Telephony architectures using enterprise AWS infrastructure.
