Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Salesforce technology transformation program delivery within Studio+. This role partners with business and experience teams to drive digital transformation on the Salesforce platform, managing scope, timelines, costs, and quality across multiple engagements.

You will lead both technical and non-technical teams, grow accounts, and shape technology strategy while traveling as needed to serve clients across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 10 years of experience with at least 5-7 years implementing Salesforce with teams of 5+ people.
• Minimum 5 years leading teams of analysts and developers.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client service skills.
• Willingness to travel based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for program delivery and client leadership with architecture oversight.
• Provide leadership across multiple engagements and accounts.
• Lead teams to achieve solution implementation.
• Manage client relationships, revenue, and commercial aspects.
• Travel as required by external clients.
