Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Salesforce Technology Transformation Program Delivery within Studio+ across multiple client engagements. You will drive digital transformation, manage scope, timelines and budgets, and lead both technical and non‑technical teams to deliver Salesforce solutions and infrastructure.

You'll partner with business and experience counterparts to shape strategy, ensure client satisfaction, and navigate complex programs in a global consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• Typically, 10 years of experience with at least 5–7 years implementing Salesforce with teams of 5+ people.
• Minimum of 5 years leading teams of analysts and developers.
• Minimum 5 years of experience aligning business requirements to Salesforce solutions (architecture).
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Willingness to travel based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for program delivery and client leadership with architecture oversight.
• Provide leadership across multiple engagements and accounts.
• Lead teams to achieve solution implementation with broad visibility.
• Manage client relationships, revenue generation and commercial aspects.
• Travel as required by client engagements.
