• Minimum 5 years of experience leading analysts and developers; 5+ years with architecture alignment to Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for program delivery and client leadership with architecture oversight.
• Lead and mentor managers across multiple engagements and accounts.
• Manage client relationships, revenue generation, and commercial aspects as needed.
• Travel to client sites as required.
