Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Manager for Salesforce Technology Transformation Program Delivery in Studio+ to lead and deliver digital transformation programs on the Salesforce platform. You will manage scope, timelines, costs, and quality while guiding multi-disciplinary teams embedded with client teams.

The role emphasizes driving innovation, managing engagements end-to-end, and maintaining strong relationships with clients across the Americas and Studio+ capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
• Typically, 10 years of experience with no less than 5 - 7 years relevant experience implementing Salesforce with teams of 5 or more people.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading teams of analysts and developers.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with a functional or technical architecture background aligning business requirements to Salesforce solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, peer company environments and prior consulting experience relevant to industry specific business and technology functions.
• Ability to be a self-starter and handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Willingness to travel based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead program delivery and client leadership, with architecture oversight and account growth responsibilities as supplementary to primary role functions
• Provide leadership and direction up to and including Managers across multiple engagements and accounts
• Leading teams with broad visibility to achieve solution implementation
• Managing client relationships, revenue generation, and commercial relationships as needed
• Travel requirements: Required as needed by external clients
