Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager for Salesforce Technology Transformation Program Delivery within Studio+. You will lead digital transformation programs on the Salesforce platform, partnering with business and experience counterparts to shape and deliver innovative solutions.

Travel to client sites is expected as needed. You will manage scope, timelines, costs, and quality, guiding both technical and non-technical teams across engagements to ensure successful delivery and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (4-year degree); master's degree preferred.
• Typically, 10 years of experience with no less than 5 - 7 years relevant experience implementing Salesforce with teams of 5 or more people
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading teams of analysts and developers
• Minimum 5 years of experience with a functional or technical architecture background aligning business requirements to Salesforce solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
• Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, peer company environments and prior consulting experience relevant to industry specific business and technology functions
• Ability to be a self-starter and handle multiple tasks and priorities
• Willingness to travel based on client needs
• Degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, Mathematics; Master's preferred
• One or more Salesforce Consultant Certifications and/or Salesforce Application Architect Certification

Responsibilities

• Accountable for program delivery and client leadership, with architecture oversight and account growth responsibilities as supplementary to primary role functions
• Providing leadership and direction up to and including Managers across multiple engagements and accounts
• Leading teams with broad visibility to achieve solution implementation
• Managing client relationships, revenue generation, and commercial relationships as needed
• Travel requirements: Required as needed by external clients
