Qualifications

• Typically 10 years of experience with at least 5–7 years implementing Salesforce with teams of 5+ people.
• Minimum 5 years leading analysts and developers.
• Minimum 5 years with architecture background aligning business requirements to Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own program delivery with client leadership and architecture oversight.
• Lead cross-engagement teams to achieve solution deployment.
• Manage client relationships, revenue, and commercial aspects as needed.
• Oversee multi-workstream engagements including on/offshore teams.
• Travel to meet client needs as required.
