EY in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager for Salesforce Technology Transformation Program Delivery in Studio+. This role leads digital transformation programs on Salesforce platforms, guiding cross-functional teams, managing scope, timelines, and budgets, and delivering business value for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (4-year degree); master's degree preferred.
• Typically, 10 years of experience with no less than 5 - 7 years relevant experience implementing Salesforce with teams of 5 or more people
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading teams of analysts and developers
• Minimum 5 years of experience with a functional or technical architecture background aligning business requirements to Salesforce solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
• Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, peer company environments and prior consulting experience relevant to industry specific business and technology functions
• Ability to be a self-starter and handle multiple tasks and priorities
• Willingness to travel based on client needs

Responsibilities

• Accountable for program delivery and client leadership with architecture oversight and account growth responsibilities
• Providing leadership and direction up to and including Managers across multiple engagements and accounts
• Leading teams with broad visibility to achieve solution implementation
• Managing client relationships, revenue generation, and commercial relationships as needed
• Travel requirements: Required as needed by external clients
