Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of experience supporting transformation, operating models, processes, or technology projects.
• 2+ years of experience with Lightning (Aura and LWC).
• Ability to travel 50% on average based on client and industry.
• Experience with at least 2 of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Einstein Analytics, Integration Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of transformation initiatives across operating model, process, technology, and organizational change objectives.
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements, current-state processes, and future-state recommendations.
• Develop client deliverables including status updates, workplans, and executive presentations.
• Coordinate across client stakeholders and project teams to track milestones, risks, dependencies, and actions.
• Contribute to workshops, assessments, and implementation activities for transformation efforts.
• Operate within the Digital Foundry, balancing strategy, technology, creativity, and managed services.
