Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Consultant, Transformation within Digital Foundry Operate & Innovation in Austin, TX. You will drive transformation across operating models, processes, and tech, while liaising with stakeholders and delivering client-ready assets.

Work you'll do

As Senior Consultant, Transformation in Digital Foundry Operate & Innovation, you will be responsible for:

• Support the delivery of transformation initiatives across operating model, process, technology, and organizational change objectives
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements, current-state processes, and future-state recommendations
• Develop client deliverables, including status updates, workplans, meeting materials, process documentation, and executive presentations
• Coordinate across client stakeholders and project teams to track milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items
• Contribute to workshops, assessments, and implementation activities that support enterprise and functional transformation efforts
• The Team Our Digital Foundry, Operate, & Innovation offering balances strategy, technology, creativity, and managed services to solve your biggest challenges. We design and deliver services to run digital businesses, manages innovation and assets, and commercializes drive growth across all Customer offerings.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of experience supporting business transformation, operating model, process improvement, or technology implementation projects
• 4+ years of experience gathering business requirements and translating findings into documented recommendations
• 2+ years of experience in Lightning (Aura and LWC)
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Experience with at least 2 of the following clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Einstein Analytics, Integration Cloud

Preferred

• Master's degree
• Experience in Field Service Lightning package
• Experience supporting functional transformation programs
• Experience with process mapping and business requirements documentation
• Experience supporting project management office activities
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholder groups
• Experience with enterprise transformation or implementation programs

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $131,000 to $218,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
