Cardinal Health, a global healthcare solutions leader, seeks a Technical Lead (Salesforce) to drive engineering standards and SDLC discipline for ConnectSource and Marketing Cloud. Translate business intent into Salesforce designs and mentor engineers while partnering with product and delivery teams.

This senior individual contributor will guide architecture, review designs, mitigate risks, and ensure secure, scalable, reliable Salesforce implementations across components and integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on application development experience on enterprise platforms.
• Strong Salesforce technical experience (configuration, integration, SDLC delivery).
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and enterprise CRM integrations.
• Experience with build/run operational practices, security controls, and regulated environments.
• Experience producing reusable Salesforce patterns, standards, and technical roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own technical execution quality for Salesforce solution areas and delivery of components to agreed standards.
• Lead design and code/configuration reviews (Apex, integrations, Flows, security, data model).
• Identify platform risks early and propose options with delivery leadership.
• Provide Salesforce architecture awareness and reinforce standards for end-to-end fit.
• Define tasks, milestones, and technical deliverables with independent methods.
• Mentor engineers and raise Salesforce technical maturity through reviews.
• Partner with Product and Solution Owners to select components and ensure risk controls.
