Job summary

CompQsoft Digital seeks a Salesforce Architect to join our team supporting the Department of State in Herndon, VA. This long-term, hybrid role focuses on designing scalable Salesforce solutions, integrating with external systems, and guiding architecture decisions.

You will collaborate with delivery managers and stakeholders to deliver roadmaps, blueprints, and governance across lifecycles while ensuring security, ATO, and accessibility requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 12 years’ experience.
• 5+ years hands‑on implementation experience on Salesforce platform.
• 3+ years in an architect role on large Salesforce implementations.
• Experience ensuring architecture meets security/compliance standards and integration needs.

Responsibilities

• Design and provide solution recommendations and roadmaps for Salesforce modernization.
• Work with Delivery Managers and customers to architect Salesforce solutions meeting business requirements.
• Develop architecture models and blueprints for Salesforce solutions and service integrations.
• Document, govern, and maintain Salesforce solutions across lifecycles.
• Architect Salesforce solutions that integrate with external systems via secure REST APIs and microservices.
