Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Manager to lead Salesforce Technology Transformation programs within Studio+. You will partner with business and experience teams to deliver digital transformations on Salesforce, while managing scope, timelines, costs and quality across multiple engagements.

You will lead diverse, global teams, drive client relationships, and contribute to pursuit efforts, budgeting, and resource planning. Travel is required as needed by clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Typically, 10 years of experience with no less than 5–7 years relevant experience implementing Salesforce with teams of 5+ people.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams of analysts and developers.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with a functional or technical architecture background aligning business requirements to Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for program delivery and client leadership with architecture oversight.
• Leading teams across multiple engagements and accounts.
• Managing client relationships, revenue generation, and commercial aspects as needed.
• Travel required as needed by external clients.
