Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS or related field.
- 8+ years hands-on development experience.
- Strong Salesforce config, integration and SDLC delivery.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud and enterprise CRM integrations.
- Experience building reusable Salesforce patterns and roadmaps.
- Ability to lead complex initiatives and resolve production issues.
Responsibilities
- Own technical execution quality for Salesforce solution areas and delivery of components.
- Lead design and code/configuration reviews to ensure standards and best practices.
- Identify platform risks early and propose mitigation plans with partners.
- Define architecture direction and environment strategy with stakeholders.
- Drive SDLC discipline and operational readiness across teams.
- Mentor engineers and raise Salesforce technical maturity.
