Innovate! Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Business Unit Lead for Salesforce / Technology Consulting to oversee the Salesforce unit's operations, growth, delivery performance, and people development.

This remote role reports to the Delivery Director and guides client delivery across government and commercial accounts. The position requires a Bachelor's degree, 8+ years in technology consulting, and strong leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Public Administration, Management, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Eight or more years of progressively responsible experience in technology consulting, enterprise application delivery, program/project management, management consulting, or related professional services.

Responsabilidades

• Lead chargeable senior roles on client projects, including Program/Portfolio/Engagement/Delivery leads.
• Ensure delivery within scope, budget, schedule, staffing, and contracts; safeguard client satisfaction and financial performance.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and staffing; elevate material matters to Delivery Director when needed.
• Oversee BU budget and metrics; monitor margins, renewals, labor rates, utilization, and forecast variance.
• Identify opportunities for revenue and growth within Salesforce accounts; coordinate with Business Development for pipeline and pursuit governance.
