AspenView Technology Partners, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to guide a delivery squad from design through delivery, while also contributing hands-on with Apex and LWC. You will set standards, review outputs, and make architectural calls when needed.

In this remote role, you will collaborate with North American stakeholders, own technical estimates, manage releases, and mentor engineers across time zones to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building on Salesforce
• 2+ years leading a delivery squad
• Experience estimating and committing to delivery scope with accountability

Responsibilities

• Decompose solution designs into technical tasks with clear interfaces
• Set and enforce the squad’s coding, testing, and review standards
• Make day-to-day technical decisions and elevate only what needs architecture input
• Own the squad’s technical estimate and defend it with reasoning
• Manage the release: branching, environment promotion, deployment validation, and rollback planning
• Mentor mid-level and junior engineers and represent the squad in client technical discussions
