Zusammenfassung

WorkTrust Solutions seeks a Salesforce Technical Lead to drive hands-on technical leadership across enterprise Salesforce development, configuration, integrations, and production support from a fully remote location in the United States.

You will guide solution design, mentor teams, and promote engineering best practices within Agile environments, focusing on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related workstreams.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
10+ years of Salesforce platform expertise in senior/lead roles.
Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams for enterprise deployments.
Hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, APIs, and declarative automation.

Aufgaben

Lead technical delivery across Salesforce developers, QA, business analysts, and configuration administrators.
Translate requirements into scalable technical designs and implementation plans.
Provide hands-on guidance in development, configuration, automation, and integrations.
Partner with product owners and Agile teams to plan and prioritize work.
Coordinate testing, CI/CD, deployments, and production releases with QA/DevOps.
Troubleshoot complex production issues involving integrations and security.
Mentor team members and promote engineering best practices, including AI-assisted development.
