Job summary

Incite Tax is seeking an experienced Salesforce Admin Lead to independently manage day-to-day admin operations, drive process improvements, and provide training to the Salesforce team. The role offers remote or onsite flexibility in Draper, UT, with authorization to work in the United States.

Your responsibilities include building Salesforce solutions, managing projects, and ensuring security and optimal performance across the platform.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
• Strong proficiency with declarative tools— flows, process builder, custom objects, reports, dashboards, and security/permissions management.
• Proven ability to lead Salesforce projects and coordinate across teams.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and translate requirements.

Responsibilities

• Customize and configure Salesforce solutions including objects, flows, record types, page layouts, and reports.
• Manage Salesforce projects from requirements through deployment with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Train and enable Salesforce team members and translate technical concepts for non-technical users.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement best practices.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems.
• Continuously optimize performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Maintain data security and compliance including user permissions and roles.
• Keep up with Salesforce releases and suggest improvements.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot Salesforce‑related issues.
