Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience with ownership of requirements and delivery.
• 3+ years of Salesforce experience including enhancements, integrations, or business process improvements.
• 4+ years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance.
• Strong communication and Agile delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and translate needs into user stories, flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers, stakeholders, QA, Operations, and Production Support to deliver solutions.
• Analyze current Salesforce processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Support solutions from discovery through testing, release, and post-production support.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and manage stakeholder communications.
