Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect to lead end-to-end architecture across Sales, Service, Experience, Health Clouds, and more. You will define enterprise standards, drive integration patterns, and mentor delivery teams to build scalable, compliant solutions.

The role partners with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical roadmaps and ensures secure, efficient deployments within multi-cloud environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 7+ years of experience.
Experience as Salesforce architect, developer, or integration lead.
Strong knowledge of CRM/cloud ecosystems and enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture across multiple clouds.
Define enterprise architecture standards and integration patterns.
Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into roadmaps.
Oversee integration architecture, data synchronization, and API strategy.
Provide technical leadership and code reviews.
Oversee data governance, security and compliance.
Collaborate with DevOps to define CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce.
Ensure security, identity management, and governance practices.
