Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 7 years related experience.
• 5 to 7 years of Salesforce experience performing architect roles, technical development.
• Salesforce technical architect, development, integration of contact center, ability to demonstrate Salesforce solutions.
• Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end technical architecture and design of Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds, ensuring scalability and alignment with business objectives.
• Define and enforce enterprise architecture standards, integration patterns, and development best practices across Salesforce and adjacent platforms.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into well-architected solutions and technical roadmaps.
• Own integration architecture, including real-time and batch integrations, data synchronization, API strategy, and event-driven patterns.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, conducting code reviews and governance.
