Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead end-to-end architecture across Sales, Service, Experience, and Health Clouds. You will define enterprise standards, drive integration patterns, and translate complex business needs into actionable roadmaps.

You will mentor teams, oversee data modeling and security practices, and collaborate with DevOps to enable CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments. This role requires strong leadership and governance across multiple clouds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 7+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in Salesforce architecture, development, and integration with contact centers.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture standards and patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical architecture and design of Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds.
• Define and enforce enterprise architecture standards, integration patterns, and dev practices across Salesforce and adjacent platforms.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into well-architected solutions and roadmaps.
• Own integration architecture with real-time and batch data synchronization, API strategy, and event-driven patterns.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, including code reviews and governance.
• Oversee data architecture, modeling, migration, quality, and security/compliance considerations.
• Evaluate Salesforce-native and third-party solutions to meet requirements.
• Collaborate with DevOps to define CI/CD pipelines and environment strategies for Salesforce development and deployment.
• Ensure security, identity management and compliance best practices are implemented.
• Act as trusted advisor to leadership with risk assessments and solution trade-offs.
