Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; additional years may substitute.
• Salesforce architect/technical development and integration experience.
• Experience with contact center integration and Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical architecture and design of Salesforce solutions across clouds.
• Define and enforce enterprise architecture standards and integration patterns.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical roadmaps.
• Own integration architecture including real-time and batch data synchronization.
• Provide technical leadership and conduct code and solution reviews.
