Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Salesforce architect/lead experience.
• Experience with contact center integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture across multiple clouds.
• Define enterprise architecture standards and integration patterns.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical roadmaps.
• Own integration architecture including real-time and batch data flows.
• Provide mentorship and code/solution reviews for delivery teams.
• Oversee data architecture, migration strategies, and data governance.
• Evaluate Salesforce-native and third-party solutions to meet needs.
• Collaborate with DevOps to define CI/CD pipelines and release strategies.
• Ensure security, compliance, and identity management best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and risk assessments during pre-sales and delivery phases.
