Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect to lead end-to-end architecture for Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Experience, Health, and Field Service clouds. You will drive integration patterns, data architecture, and governance while mentoring delivery teams.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in Salesforce roles, strong experience with cloud integrations (Genesys, MuleSoft, AWS) and a solid background in security, OAuth/SSO, and pre-sales support.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant professional experience required.
• Salesforce architect/technical development experience.
• Experience with contact center integrations (e.g., Amazon Connect, Genesys).
• Knowledge of OAuth, SSO, and security/compliance practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical architecture and design of Salesforce solutions across clouds.
• Define and enforce enterprise architecture standards and integration patterns.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical roadmaps.
• Own integration architecture including real-time and batch data sync and API strategy.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and governance for Salesforce projects.
• Oversee data architecture, data migration, quality, and master data management.
