Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst to act as a design expert and platform evaluator for Salesforce, CPQ, and related tools within our Global Sales Operations team.

You will lead UAT validation, translate business needs into Salesforce designs, and partner with Sales, Finance, IT, and Product to drive digital transformation and scalable integrations. Requires 5+ years on Salesforce platform and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of business analyst experience within the Salesforce platform.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely; employer sponsorship not provided.
• Travel under 10% and relocation not provided.

Responsibilities

• Drive CRM data quality, governance, reporting, and analytics.
• Translate business workflows into high-level system designs and object models within Sales Cloud.
• Design and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions using Flow, Reports, Dashboards, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, and other declarative tools.
• Partner with developers, architects, and administrators to deliver scalable solutions.
• Support enterprise integrations with ERP, CPQ, Marketing Automation, Customer Support, and Data Warehouse platforms.
• Verify functionality through comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deliver vetted blueprints to IT teams.
