Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst to join Global Sales Operations. You will design Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions, validate with UAT, and drive enterprise integrations with ERP, CPQ, and marketing automation.

You will work closely with Sales, Finance, IT, and Product to ensure scalable, declarative designs that align with business goals. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years as a business analyst on Salesforce, with US work authorization and travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree & 5+ years of BA experience on Salesforce platform.
• U.S. work authorization; no sponsorship provided.
• Travel required: <10%.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions using declarative tools (Flow, Reports, Dashboards, Approvals, Validation Rules).
• Lead UAT validation to ensure business alignment and provide vetted blueprints to IT.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, IT, and Product to deliver scalable integrations (ERP, CPQ, Marketing Automation).
• Ensure data quality, governance, and analytics across CRM.
