Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst within Global Sales Operations to design, validate UAT, and assess impacts of platform changes on Salesforce CPQ and integrated tools.

You will partner with Sales, Finance, IT and Product to deliver scalable, declarative solutions, ensure data quality, govern the development lifecycle, and translate workflows into design models. Requires Bachelor's degree and 5+ years Salesforce experience; travel under 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree & 5+ years of business analyst experience within the Salesforce platform.
• Legal work authorization in the U.S. indefinitely is required; sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions using declarative tools (Flow, Reports, Dashboards, Approvals, Validation Rules).
• Validate system functionality through comprehensive UAT processes and deliver vetted blueprints to IT teams.
