Job summary

Motorola Solutions in the United States is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst within Global Sales Operations to drive CRM design, UAT validation, and end-to-end platform changes affecting Salesforce CPQ and integrated tools.

You will partner with Sales, Finance, IT, and Product to deliver scalable solutions, govern data quality, and optimize declarative configurations using Flow, Reports, Dashboards, and APIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree & 5+ years of BA experience on Salesforce platform.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration, testing, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Drive CRM data quality, governance, reporting, and analytics.
• Translate business workflows into high‑level design within Sales Cloud.
• Design Salesforce Sales Cloud with Flow, Reports, Dashboards, approvals, validation rules.
• Collaborate with developers to deliver scalable solutions.
• Support integrations with ERP, CPQ, Marketing Automation and data warehouse.
• Lead UAT processes and deliver vetted blueprints to IT teams.
