Qualifications

• Strong requirements-gathering and analytical skills.
• Ability to translate stakeholder requests into clear requirements.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce data models, objects and security.
• Experience writing and interpreting SOQL queries.
• Experience with Validation Rules, Flow, Apex, LWC, APIs, and integrations.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with AI-assisted tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand processes and objectives.
• Translate ambiguous requests into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Design scalable Salesforce solutions balancing configuration and custom development.
