Delta Faucet Company is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to be the design authority for our Salesforce ecosystem across Channel, Experience & Portfolio IT. You will partner with business leaders to shape the platform, own its long-term evolution, and guide direction beyond single projects.

The role spans Sales, Service, Experience and Marketing Clouds with integration to ERP and analytics; you’ll lead architecture reviews and establish governance to reduce technical debt while enabling

Qualifications

• Eight+ years designing Salesforce solutions with at least two full-lifecycle multi-cloud implementations.
• Deep knowledge of data modeling, security/sharing, declarative automation, Lightning Experience and integrations.
• Ability to review, challenge and govern cross-cloud development with limited hands-on coding.
• Experience guiding vendors and internal teams; governance and architectural oversight.
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design across Salesforce Clouds: data model, security, automation, and integrations.
• Translate business strategy into a multi-year platform architecture roadmap.
• Engage stakeholders and translate requirements into technical specs.
• Provide technical leadership and reviews; guide internal and partner teams.
• Govern third-party delivery and ensure use of out-of-the-box functionality where possible.
