Job summary

Delta Faucet Company is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to be the design authority for our Salesforce ecosystem across Channel, Experience & Portfolio within IT. You will partner with business leaders to shape the platform roadmap and guide its evolution over multiple years.

You will own end-to-end design across Salesforce Clouds, set architectural direction, mentor delivery teams, and govern vendor solutions to maximize standard functionality and enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years with Salesforce, including 2+ years as accountable architect on multi-cloud implementations.
• Design ownership across at least three Salesforce Clouds.
• Deep knowledge of data modeling, security, sharing, and declarative automation.
• Hands-on Apex/LWC/API knowledge to review and govern work (not primary coding).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution design across Salesforce Clouds, including data model, security, automation, and integrations.
• Translate strategy into a multi-year platform roadmap and balance build vs buy.
• Engage stakeholders and translate requirements into technical specs.
• Guide internal and partner teams on best practices and architecture reviews.
• Provide governance of vendors and systems integrators; ensure out-of-the-box functionality when possible.
• Maintain architecture artifacts and enforce standards to minimize technical debt.
• Evaluate emerging platform capabilities and form a defensible value view with governance.
